I like the walking around the living room idea best. Actually can I do my family room/kitchen combo? It's pretty big, and I promise I won't take the shortcut around the kitchen island...hey I can even skip out to the dining room once in awhile! (OKay I need some more motivation here!).

Nurse- When i have been successful at exercising (in the past), I did it at night because I am just not a morning person. To me, even though they say you burn more fat in the AM...if you're not going to get up - better to burn less at night but be consistent!

Froufy - OK - If you do the Family/Kitchen combo and agree not to grab any food as you walk through the kitchen - then I guess that would be OK. But now you must touch your toes 6 times instead of 5! ;)

I got through 25 min. of my video last night. Yipee!!!!

Yesterday, I did 15 minutes of bodyflex plus before work and 20 minutes of beginner bodyflex after work.

Today I got up at 4:00 am to do 35 minutes of bodyflex plus and beginner bodyflex. I walked briskly at lunch for 40 minutes. I walked briskly with dog after work for 20 minutes. Then did 35 minutes of bodyflex plus and beginner bodyflex.

I hate to exercise so I'm feast or famine. Gotta run. 4 am workouts come pretty early.

Good luck girls!

The most exercise I'll be getting today is trying on clothes (sometimes that's real work!) and power walking the mall. Tomorrow, thinking about hiking up our local waterfall. I couldn't make it all the way the last time I went.

=105,000 calories--------------------------1000 minutes

-------400=Friday's calories------------------60 minutes
=104,170 calories left-----------------------875 minutes
