Can too much sodium while doing low carb cause bloating and loose stool ?

  • Iím pretty new to this and lately Iíve been noticing more bloating and my stools arenít as solid . I would say I get around 3-4 grams of sodium a day because I read you need more while doing low carb .. could be wrong about that . Anyways is it possible the salt is the problem.
  • During my whole time doing keto I have consumed erythritol and monkfruit with no issues. (Along with sucralose in my bangs) only this last week have i had issues. In fact everything I've eaten Tutuapp 9Apps Showbox in the last week I've eaten plenty of before. Forgot to add bacon abd avocados to the list as well.
