Breaking a Plateau?

This is the fourth week at the same weight and I am getting a bit frustrated. I haven't went off plan at all, I am very strict with my eating. The last week or so, I've reduced my dairy and upped my fat and sticking to 1500-1700 calories per day with not usually more then 25g of carbs per day. I recently began walking/running which I think may be the reason (not reason to quit exercising!)

Is there anything else I can do to break this plateau? I don't want to do a fat fast but I've thought of intermittent fasting but not sure it's a good option. Should I reduce calories more?

Hi Jen,

Are you exercising?

Excercise and drinking plenty of water helps me. I would also look at your sodium. These are areas that I struggle with.

I was stuck for months. Then.i gained five pounds and on vacay but lost it. And then went back on another one and gained a couple but lost it. Then i started IF (14/10, and 16/8, just depends on how my day is going). Its working. I've been doing it for ten days and the scale is moving again!
