Carbs in Flavored Coffee?
 
Hi Everyone,

I am on about Day 10 of the Ideal Protein Diet, and I must say, after I got past about Day 4, I am feeling great!

Can anyone tell me if there are any carbs/sugar in flavored coffee? I couldn't find anything on the labels, so sticking to plain coffee until I know for sure. Anyone have any insight here?
