It's great that you're staying active and trying different strategies! Since you're exercising more now, make sure you're drinking enough water. Calculate daily water intake to know the exact amount you need to drink daily. Dehydration can slow down your metabolism and affect your weight loss, especially with increased activity. Staying well-hydrated can also help with muscle recovery and reduce water retention, which might be contributing to the scale not moving as much. So, keep up with your exercise but don’t forget to hydrate!
