    Consider this, you WILL have an apple and plain greek yogurt for breakfast

    HOWEVER, you have to add one of these options for later on in the day:

    Banana OR a bowl of oatmeal.

  • 1 cup banana = 51 carbs
    1 cup oatmeal = 28 carbs

    I'd chose oatmeal.
  • I would also choose oatmeal as it makes me feel more full than a banana
  • I'd choose the banana since I'm not eating grains
