which option would you choose?
Consider this, you WILL have an apple and plain greek yogurt for breakfast
HOWEVER, you have to add one of these options for later on in the day:
Banana OR a bowl of oatmeal.

1 cup banana = 51 carbs
1 cup oatmeal = 28 carbs
I'd chose oatmeal.

I would also choose oatmeal as it makes me feel more full than a banana
