Vitamins
I've been doing a low carb (ketogenic) diet for about a month now, and I am concerned about not getting as many vitamins/nutrients on this diet, as on my old, fruit/veggie and whole grain heavy diet.
I take a multi-vitamin each day, but I'm wondering if there are any vitamins I may be missing? What kind of vitamins do you take? |
I take "Nature's Way Alive" Whole Food Energizer Multivitamin, which contains the daily needs of fruits and veggies (equivalent) - and taking these doesn't seem to affect my state of ketosis.
