Metabolism miracle anyone???
 

I am starting on Monday and could really use some tips for food shopping tomorrow. I have a 4 yr old who is very under weight so will still be giving her carbs and a French fry addict boyfriend.

I was diagnosed with insulin resistance so now this is more than just getting off the extra weight. A diet buddy would be great!!! Anyone out there??
