MM Day 2

  • Pretty good day 2. I am starting to get the hang of the Metabolism Miracle. I made mashed cauliflower yesterday and it is pretty good. Mashed potatoes are my comfort food, so for me to have something that is similar makes me really happy! I also baked the Peanut Butter cookies out of the MM cookbook. The Stevia tastes a little strange, and they are pretty dry, but they do somewhat satisfy the cookie urge. Ordered new sneakers to get my butt in motion! Hope everyone is doing well!
