Learning to not obsess ... & lost 7 lbs. this week!
Amazing!! I'm not tracking or obsessing the way I was before, which always less to binges for me, and now I'm down 7 lbs! I'm totally shocked! But so excited :-)

hmmmmm interesting........makes me think that my tracking may be a reason I feel like I need more to eat. I need to ponder this. Because it seems that I crave more now than what I did before I started tracking.

Peach- that's what I found with myself too. I'd basically keep eating til I hit a certain number, but not even be hungry! I was getting too obsessed, thinking about every .1 carb and then I'd ultimately end up bingeing. Vicious cycle. |
