Default Anyone try "Smart Carb" bread?

I'm wondering if anyone of you have tried "Smart Carb" bread and if it effects your glucose levels?

I'm unable to post a link but it is julianbakery.com

I have been eating this for almost a year but have only been testing my glucose levels for a couple weeks, so I can't really tell you how it affects me definitively because I'm trying a lot of different things to get my levels down. I'm about to have some with my breakfast, which I'm trying to fashion into a classic ketogenic ration of 1:4:1 (protein:fat:carb)...and then I'm going to two hours of Pilates class. I'll let you know how it all works out in the end.

I did a similar breakfast yesterday and my bg went up 16 points two hours after breakfast without exercise.

I really like this bread because it's tasty and there's no soy in it, which I'm sensitive to.

So, four hours after a breakfast that included the Julian Bakery sourdough, bacon, egg and coconut cream in my coffee, plus my Pilates class, my bg went from 143 to 106. Just FYI.
