$6 for pepperoni! Yikes! I usually get a package for $3.50 or so.
My hubby and I use Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein powder - we find it in big containers at Walmart. For 1 scoop: 140 cal, 2 fat, 3.5 carbs, and 26!! protein. It really fills you up for a while, and this brand tastes the best I have found so far (we get chocolate). It's so good it's almost a treat. :)

Is it ok to have a Protein Shake as a snack? I always thought they were for meal substitutions that's why I never tried them, but I have always been interested in them.

Just make sure you track the carbs.

Because its a protein shake dosnt mean its low carb
