Protein Power

Hello,
Is anyone doing Drs' Eades Protein Power diet. I am getting the 30 day diet book. Tell me what you think. The doctors have been around a long time.

I followed this plan religiously about 8 years ago and had great results and then kept following it to maintain (until I got pregnant). Then I put the book away and forgot about it. I'llget it out... I don't remember a 30 day diet... is that a new book or revised copy?

I remember liking it b/c it wasn't quite as restrictive as Atkins and I could stay on it indefinately without feeling deprived.
