Low-Carb help please for a newbie...
 

Hey friends!

Surfing the web I came across this site and I am SO THRILLED to have found what looks like an awesome community on here, which is great because I need help...

I just started a Low Carb program (Medifast) and am looking for recipes. I also came across Stacey Hawkins's Lean & Green Low-Carb recipe book (it looks like the only cookbook that's specific) as well as a couple of other low-carb cookbooks but it's overwhelming. I ordered the Time Savor Gourmet Lean & Green book from the website (Stacey's) but am looking for others....
