I feel so naughty!
Everyone went golfing and left me alone with a crockpot full of garlic herb chicken legs. So after a couple, I went to the store and bought ... raspberries, an avocado and eggs! And I ate all the berries :) Now I'm sitting in front of the TV with my laptop. Man, I love a couple hours like this! |
I ate a container or raspberries today too and 3 sausages :hun: But I also had a slice of pizza, thin crusted though ... I did :strong: some weights though :yes:

Yum...I have some frozen raspberries I've been nibbling on too. Sounds like everyone is doing great.
Ilene: I was having pizza cravings and had a meatza, it was different but very good, my husband wants me to come up with a taco meatza so that will be on next wks menu. I finally hit the 299 mark this morning, finally! I know I'm losing inches but I'm still addicted to the scale and wish I'd see it drop faster. Today I'll be having: B:bacon, eggs, espresso L:Leftover Pork chops and greenbeans D:small salad probably if I'm hungry Have a great day! Have a great day! |

Had a great run this morning too, one minute interval sprints for 5k, I have better time when I do sprints :shrug: go figure... 37 minutes :D ... Today is a gorgeous day and a busy one... I've exercised, gotta pick up the pig pen now... Go decorate the hall a bit for my parents 60th anniversary surprise party tonight, not a really big party, 25 guests, mostly immediate family... I'm not sure how I'm going to handle the food yet, there is a chicken parm entree so I may do that with only veggies... |

I don't think I will have made that kind of scale progress but I'm thinkin' the measuring will be good. |

Hey ladies: I tried the avocado pudding yesterday and it was pretty good!
1 avocado, 1/4 c of coconut milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp sweetener of your choice, 1 tsp fresh lemon juice This hit the spot for me yesterday as I didn't eat lunch and just needed a little pick me up around 2:30. I'll post my stats in a bit! Great job Ilene! Susan you did great for April! |
