Low Carb is best for me.
I'm diabetic, and low-carbing keeps my blood sugars under control. I have yet to see how well it will facilitate my weight loss, but then it's been a while since I've weighed. I don't keep a scale at home--because if I did, I'd be on it every two seconds, obsessing about the numbers.
I go by other things, such as how I feel and how my clothing fits. And you know what? I had to go shopping for another basic white skirt--because mine won't stay up on me anymore! It's getting donated to a clothing closet. :carrot: |
