Kim, Thank you so much for taking the time to do those worksheets. I did get mine and was able to open them. Sure wish I was able to start with all of you tomorrow but my books wont be here until between the 7th and the
11th so I can't see me getting started before the 18th. Patience is so hard! But I do want to read the book and be able to understand it all. I feel like I will be bombarding all of you with questions. I did save the worksheets and will have them to be able to print out to use., I am excited!!

It's nice to have so many people in the same boat. I haven't weighed myself since my 2 week vacation started, but will tomorrow morning.

I will start deplete with the rest of you. Thanks for the info since, i only have the conquer book. I will make sure to count carbs and be under 20 per day.

Looking for a buddy
 
Hi Guys,

I'm starting Conquer for the second time tomorrow - and I'm looking for a buddy to help me through. I started Crack the fat loss about 2 weeks before thanksgiving and loved it - I've done low carb in the past and been succesful but can never maintain - I thought Crack/ Conquer would really work well for me and it did until I caved in to Christmas. I'm starting the Deplete week again tomorrow and I'm looking for a buddy to keep me going. I work full time and have 2 kids (7 and 2) so I don't have the time to read the forums alot- I'll defintely read them - but instead of reading them everyday will probably have to settle for once a week. I'd love to have someone that we can email back and forth (it's safer to check email at work that forums ;) ) to help keep me motivated and in return I'll do the same- just need someone to kick my but in when I want ot give up etc... If anyone's interested let me know -

Welcome Tracey! It's SO exciting more and more people are joining here!

well, girls I went to the grocery store and bought all of my great foods for deplete week! Yes, there is broccoli! hehe! I'm excited to see how my body responds to this plan versus low-carb....time will tell!


BTW....ran into one of the doctors I used to work for and he didn't even recognize me :( last time I saw him I was 50 pounds lighter! It just goes to show you that being overweight can change your appearance to the point where people dont even recognize you (sigh)......just more motivation for me! There are many reasons why I am going to lose the weight and keep it off....I just added that one to my list... (lose weight so people will recognize me)
