Almond Breeze....
Wow, read about this on another site, thought I'd give it a try. I get mild cravings for something chocolate in the evenings.....
The unsweetened chocolate almond breeze with 5 drops of pure liquid/vanilla stevia and some benefiber over ice(only ONCE a day max. for sure---this could be easily abused!).....YUM!:carrot: This will help me stay OP for sure!!!!! I'll be watching this carefully to see if it is a staller<---seems too good to be true like the flax minute muffins. |
Hopefully Almond Breeze won't be a staller for you. I've always shyed away from it due to it containing tapioca starch:shrug:

I didn't know they made unsweetened chocolate. I'll have to look for it. I use the unsweetened vanilla. No cholesterol and only 40 cals.
