At the moment, I'm following a very low carb diet. I'm pretty much on meat, fat, water and diet coke (my one vice). I've lost 4kg in 2 weeks, and 10cm off my waist.
I look for the fattiest cuts of meat I can find, and enjoy them immensly. The high fat content means that I'm satisfied faster and for longer. I'm still eating about 1300 calories a day (estimated), but I'm really burning the fat. I find it really easy to do because I'm not hungry and dont get cravings very often. (Only the past couple of days have I had any cravings) High fat isn't bad for you, unless its combined with high carbs. Enjoy the food, there is so much you can enjoy out there. |

Oh my Kaplods... I actually tried *******... and I got off of it because I thought I had caught the flu. A really bad case of the flu... That probably saved my life bcs I had all those symptoms that you wrote about Rabbit Starvation. I was so sick that I couldnt even climb the stairs to get to my room... It was a very bad day... Thank God that I got sick and stopped it...
