New to site and counting carbs
Hi everyone.
I wanted to introduce my self officially. I've been coming to this site for a while but I've never posted anything on here. Many of you are very inspiring and I thought you should know that. I'm going to need all the help I can get too! So anyone willing to help, I'll take it! Paige |

I am doing Atkins. I had a rough couple of first days with it though and think I'll start over again. I know I should just eat the meat, cheese, and eggs only but it's awful hard! Any pointers? |

Thanks for the encouragement. I have read the book. TWICE! For some reason I think if I eat the 20 carbs, I'm not losing. And reeally don't think I do. It's probably just me thinking that but you never know.
I gained 2 pounds and I did everything right. It's very discouraging. Any suggestions? |
Would you mind giving me an example of what you're eating for breakfast, lunch & dinner...including snacks?
