Looking for LC meals ideas that kiddos enjoy

I'm going to start a lc diet. I'm thinking Atkins without the strict first phase since I"m still nursing DD. I also have a 6 year old and looking for LC meal ideas that we both will want to eat. I'm looking for meals that are easy for me to eat and easy to add starch/fruit for him. I'm making my grocery list today so please give me ideas. TY!
