I didnt make any type of announcement that I was going to be starting low carb again cause it seems like everytime i do I end up failing. I figure I am safe now cause I have been doing so great and am in a different mind frame. I started induction on Monday and since have lost 9 lbs to date. I am so thrilled with myself and hope to continue doing great until I am happy with my weight. Ok now for the happy dance:carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot:

Oh and I also took my measurements and I am already down a half inch on my tummy. That is just awesome for me...:D

Wow, that's great! I've been counting calories for the last couple of weeks, generally eating healthier. But, carbs have always been my downfall, so I'm thinking of adjusting my diet to scale back on the carbs a bit. You are certainly an inspiration!
