aud's WI challenge
 
So aud has a WI (weigh in) in 2 weeks at work and asked if anyone wanted to join her in kicking it up a notch. I volunteered, but anyone is very :welcome2: to join in if they want to just by posting your daily WI here in this thread. So come on all of you Atkins and other LC people, let's challenge aud to 'kick it up' with some BAM!

Note to all: Make sure you're eating your leafy greens and drinking your water!

I only weigh in once a week (don't own a scale at home) so I won't be much help but:carrot::carrot: Good Luck Aud!!!:carrot::carrot:

Get plenty of sleep - hard on the swing shift I know - but sleep deprivation makes the body hoard calories. And take a teaspoon of high quality fish oil every day (encourages the body to release leptin which the sleep deprivation is discouraging). All of us night owls and graveyard shift vampires wish you luck!

08/17: 164.4 lbs.

1.4 lb weight gain over a 24 hour period...not sure why, did a heavier workout yesterday than usual and had a lighter dinner than usual...and one glass of dry red wine. Maybe TOM about to begin?

So lessseeee, I DID w/i on Wed and holding "firm" @ the astronomical 250# . . . so there's. that.:smug:

Not really sure if the official 5 week w/i is this week or not (for the contest at work) . . . but KNOW that I can make it to w/i Tues - so I'll be posting that weight Wednesday for sure.

And yeah, definitely need some BAM!

Kicking it up today by making it to the Y again . . . anyone else want to join us on the w/i part???:D C'Mon in here!:carrot:

Another gain....but it's all explained now. Definitely TOM (started today).

I absolutely hate the scales during TOM. :p

Swelling is down and looks like I'm losing again. Maybe I'll be back down to my prior WI weight by my next WI.
