I try to do a full-body weight lifting routine 3 times a week (something like: deadlifts/romanian deadlifts, push-ups, power step-ups on a box, kettlebell rows, lat pull-downs and some planks in between to get my heart rate down so I can do this in an interval fashion). I also do cardio kickboxing once a week and a yoga class once a week. At least, that's the schedule I have set up for myself right now.
