New Member here!

Hello all! I am new to this wonderful place and just wanted to say hello.
I have done Atkins before with much success but depression and bad choices brought me back up to my highest weight. I am committed to get this weight off and to date have lost 13 pounds.

Looking forward to making some new friends on the same journey.
