Started the Low Carb Diet 12-3
 

hello, my name is stephanie and i did start the low carb diet on monday. i am loving it, i mean dont get me wrong i have my days but i look back at old pictures. i had the lap-band and i couldnt loose nomore so i decided this one the diet to do since i cant have anything bread type food. well since monday i have lost 8lbs and i am very proud of myself and i am keeping it going, so i thought i would share with ya'll
