SHOCK in my Freezer!
 

I had a bag of scallops in my freezer I bought when I was on another diet, went to get some to thaw out and then read the label. The ingredients claim nothing but scallops are in there, but the nutrition label says there are THREE CARBS per serving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :?:
I thought all carbs came from plant sources? Or is the ingredients panel lying to me? :devil:

Seafood does have some carbs but is still OK for induction as long as you count it in your daily total.
