First of all congrats on the 47lb loss! That is great!
I know it gets frustrating, but instead of getting upset and wanting to quit realize that you have lost a good amount of weight and how good you have to be feeling!
Is this due because your weight loss has slowed down and you haven't lost, or because you're getting bored with your woe.
Losing weight is a mental thing too. We have to realize that we are changing our way of thinking as well as our way of eating. Once we get that in our mind, we can continue on with this and know that the way we are eating is going to allow us to lose weight.
If you're starting over, just know that you'll start losing! Come here for support, there are some great Gals here who will help, support, motivate and educate you when you need it.
Hang in there okay, you're going to be fine. I know everyone of us has gone through the same thing. We just have to really want it!
