a Blip week does anyone else get them?
 

i have been on atkins induction now for 10 weeks. and this week i had a blip week. i.e i only lost 12oz. now that is nearly a pound i hear you say and yes it is however. its considerably less than the ususal. this did happen to me at the 5 week stage aswell. 5 weeks blip 5 weeks blip? anyone else see the pattern now is this a physiological response the body trying to hold on in a last gasp attempt to keep you fat. or is it a psychological response to the fact that in each blip week i was within touching distance i.e 1.5lbs of a big target?

I think our bodys just need time to adjust. At least its just a blip and not a complete stall. You're doing so well!
