  • November the 1st- er..meant to go to the gym, then realised by the time i'd get there..i'd only have an hour, so have decided to go on the 2nd november...procrastination is my downfall
  • Questions about Posting
    So, how does this work? I have a specific exercise routine that I follow every day of the week and I have for the past couple of months. What challenge would this to be others? I already have something in place? I don't want to grab the spotlight when I know I probably do more than most people--not to brag. I just like to exercise and be busy.

    I copied and pasted your "shell". Do you want me to tell you every day or every week or at the end of the month?
  • Hmm, I think its more..what you did today, and set your self a goal for how many minutes you want to do excercise this month

    Eg, My goal is:
    720 minutes of cardio, like swimming, cycling
    480minutes of toning, crunches, weights
    - Thats roughly 3x60 minutes per week..on a 4 week month for cardio, and 4x30minutes of toning per week.

    So its: 0/720 - cardio
    0/480-toning

  • Hmmmm my goal is to get my butt up and move at least 5 days a week.

    1- 1 1/2 hours grocery shopping, climbing up & down steps and putting them away. LOL! Cheesy I know but I worked up a sweat and was pooped.

    2 -WATP 2 miles (Jogged during the marching parts)
    5 minutes abs
    10 minutes or so on Arms and chest


    3 -Rest
    4 -Rest
    5 -WATP 2 Miles
    10 minute abs on the ball.


    6 -47 minutes WATP 3 miles
    20 minutes or so w/weights for upper body.


    7 -Lots of walking and stair climbing.
    8 -Rest -

    11 -Walking, cleaning, laundry.
    12 -WATP-2 Miles
    13 -Walked a mile
    14 -Rest

    16 -I reckon I got some exercise in, I dl'ed The Prince "Purple Rain" record and that got up and excited and then from there for about an hour or so i danced my butt off in the livingroom to all my old 80's & 90's dance music, lol! it was fun and I worked up a sweat.

    17 -rest
    18 - Got down with Prince again today for about 30 minutes or so.

    19 - TOM Arrived. Rest
    20 - Walked about a mile or so...
    21 -Nuttin
    22 -Overate- LOL!

    24 -Walked about 3 to 3 miles
    25 -Nuttin but housework.

  • This really helped me get movin' & a'grooving last month beachie - Tx! I'm gonna keep my low pressure yet successful Goal the same: Do SOMETHING/ANYTHING INTENTIONAL EXERCISE every day:

    1. Did a lot of walking but none of it intentional.
    2. 20 min's Power Walk
    3. Did it ALL @ the Y! 120 awesome minutes! (PLUS luxurious sauna - heaven!)
    4. 100 minutes!
