after being asked in a post about articles for the carb fat metabolism claim i stumbled across this article. http://content.nejm.org/cgi/content/...ct/348/21/2082 if you don't under stand the begining just read the conclusion regarding Coronary heart disease.

i'm also researching the effects of a low carb diet on the lactate threshold of sports persons. i.e trained people. if anyone comes across anything usefull or even slightly related to fat metabolism please post them here for me.
