Azure's September Goal:
Get some sort of exercise -every day- for at least 20 minutes. I'll be using my Heart Rate Monitor (nice Polar one I got for Christmas for my boy!) to track my calories burned. EXERCISIE LOG: September 1 -X 2 - X 3 - X 4 - X 5 - 10 min elliptical (high intensity), 10 min abs, 10 min treadmill (walking), 20 min learning squatting technique-----> 60 min/500 calories burned 6 - 70 minute walk/500 calories burned 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 17 - 18 - 19 - 20 - 21 - 22 - 23 - 24 - 25 - 26 - 27 - 28 - 29 - 30 - |
Alie's September goal is to do 50 miles (elliptical and walking)
