What's For Breakfast? Wk of July 23rd

  • Not hungry at all - as a matter of fact, feel about 1/2 sick from the Garlic Cheezy Bread Fiasco! Soooooo, just having:

    Vanilla Blue Bunny Protein Smoothie

    (AND some fiber pills!)
  • 2 eggs scrambled with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and four thin slices of bacon.
  • leftover roast beef
  • 2 boiled eggs and 2 turkey sausage patties. Coffee w/heavy cream and 2 splendas
  • Tried to make a Protein Shake yesterday w/o the yogurt (I was out of) - BLLLLLEEEEECCCCHHHH! Won't make that mistake again - can't get to the store this "morning" so going with some:

    Egg White & Cheese Omelette
  • Today I had 2 scrambled eggs and 4 slices of bacon
  • Never made it to the store so just snackin' on some bacon as I drive to work - will eat part of my lunch when I get there.
  • This morning I had .5 cup eggbeaters and 2 slices of turkey bacon
  • mini Revolution Roll (37 calories)
    2 slices turkey bacon

    It was so tempting to eat more bacon but I had to cook three pieces for my brother and he would be mad if I ate his!
  • Buttered Cream Cheezy Cauli-Mash @4am=No Hunger so:

    Force feeding myself a sausage patty
  • .5 cup eggbeaters
    .25 cup fresh spinach
    .125 cup 2% cheese
    1 slice of turkey bacon

  • an omlette with spinach, mushroom, tomatoes and cheese with salsa and sourcream
