Awesome, ladies!
I accomplished my goal as well; the jeans are much easier to put on. ;) I am shallow, what can I say. Hubby and I also joined a gym and went for the first time this morning--I'm not sure if I mentioned it here or just in my blog. So I think this month's goals will be devoted to getting some form of exercise every day, and we'll just go from there! |

I seem to be stuck on 191, I am just dying to be in the 180's, Fighting to stay positive. I think I need to drink more water. my size 12s are fitting better though No longer to tight to wear. That's great about the 12's, Puncezilla! Sometimes that scale just doesn't want to move, but obviously things are still shaking up for you! :) Hang in there.

RR, I personaly dont like products like this. They dont show an ingredients list so I would have to look at that first. But things like this are rarely healthy. However as a short term solution for weight loss or just the occasional on the run meal, you would have to try it for yourself to see if you stall. I would rather have a real meal with protien and veggies. |
Morning everyone-
How did the weekend go? I had a good weekend. Did not eat much only 1 big meal a day but it was atkins friendly. Today I go back to 3 meals and my water. |
I had a hard time staying OP this weekend but am back on track. I'm going to have to try realy hard to stick with it over the next three weeks while I'm out of town:crossed:.
