1. mall walking 1 hr. 2. gardening 1.5 hrs. 3. 5 hrs. pulling up potatoes, planting pumpkins and tree trimming 4. so sore from yesterdays work I couldn't hardly move. OUCH 5. gardening (hoeing) 1.5 hrs. , treadmill 1 mile 6. gardening 30 mins 7. gardening 30 mins' 8. gardening 1 hr. 9. mowing, weeding, cleaning up brush piles and burning them, 3.5 hrs. 10. walked 1 mile outside, push mowed back yard 1 hr., watered garden and all flowers and hedges. 11. 5 hrs. hard physical yard work, digging trench and clearing weeds,pouring concrete 12. 6 hrs. hard physical yard work, digging trench and clearing weeds 13. 3 hrs. yard work 14. 3 hrs. yard work 15. 3 hrs. yard work 16. 17. out of town 18. out of town 19. 20. 1 mile walk outside 21. 3 hrs. of yard work, 1 mile walk outside 22. 5 hrs. hard yard work and mowing 23. 1hr. weeeding garden 24. swimming, water skiing and 1 mile walk 25. 26. 3 mile walk outside, uphill, very strenuous 27. 3 mile walk outside, uphill 28. 29. grocery shopping 2 hrs., elliptical 15 min's 30. mowed yard 2 hrs.,gardening 1 hr., walked the 3 mile uphill trail with DD |
