Don't worry about it, I got off plan on Friday. I had 4 glasses of wine, 3 chocolate chip cookies and 1 lc sf ice cream bar. But on Saturday I got right back on it. You will do the same!
And good for you on joining a gym! That's great!!

I'm back, and back to square 1. Had a fairly bad week food-wise. But I expected that, so moving on. Hope to re-lose that same 5lbs yet again, by the end of the week.
I had a good time with the familly though, and probably don't get to go out there again for a while, maybee Christmas if DH gets some time off then. My nephew turned 5 on sept 24, so we had a birthday party for him.

Don't let the little slip-ups get you down. We've all come so far already!
Like you said before Diana, I also have to keep reminding myself that I may not be getting where I want to be as fast as I hoped, but at least I'm not where I was.
Way to go with the exercise Laura! I must admit my exercise is severly lacking, could be partly why I havent been staying OP and losing. Keep it up!

Hey everyone - it's time for my Tuesday ticker move - up 5 lbs to 288. I kind of expected it, and it could be worse, so I'm not too bummed out.

Welcome back Puncezilla! Hope you enjoyed yourself on your holiday. Don't worry, we'll lose these darn 5lbs together!

Thanks Diana - I appreciate the support.

The gym I signed up for is for mixed martial arts classes - think UFC. I love it! And what a workout. I am going to go 4x a week, even if it kills me! We do 1 hr of cardio and weights, and then 1 hour of fight techniques. It's great. Where else can I go to beat up on and wrestle with a bunch of half naked men?

Keep truckin' ladies.

That's some good motivation isn't it? Take out frustration and things like that. You go Girl!!!!

Hey Punce! Yep will all get there and meet our goal! This exercising isn't easy, but boy will we feel good down the road!
It seemed like you were gone along time. I kept looking for your posts, lol and then remembered you were gone. Glad your back!

Oh I feel so bad for you, clear down to my little toes. I live with migraines. Unless someone has had one for a month like I have, they really have no idea how crazy they can make you. Some things work for some people some things for others. I have never really found anything that works for me each time. Even the meds don't work all the time. I have had these all my life. So, could be many reasons. I do know they run in the family my son gets them too.

Shy - Thanks for the commiseration. They really do suck, but hey, when I get it figured out, life will be much sweeter. My mom used to get them, but she said they went away overnight when she left my dad... I'm pretty sure my migraines are not from my marriage.

Diana - you bet your booty it's motivation - especially since most of the guys have been there a long time and are already "FIT". They are definitely not shy either - They have no problems putting their jock straps on in front of me... I'm still blushing!

Punce - how's it going? Getting back OP? Remember how good you feel without all those carbs in your system?

Thats awesome Laura! My DH LOVES UFC. What kind of place is it you go to? I think My DH would work out with me if it was something like that. And I'd love the opportunity to beat on him.

Hi, shy moment.

I did manage to go for a walk yesterday, and I do feel so good when I exercise! I posted in the exercise thread for a little extra motivation.
My goal for this month is the same as last month, plus at least 4 days of some kind of exercise.
