Back Again

Ok so I am back again. I lasted a week last time and fell off the wagon for about 3 weeks now and gained the 5 lbs that I had lost back. :mad:
I am determined this time. Summer is here and there is no more playing around! Tomorrow I will start day 1 of induction (again). I am sticking it out this time! I did Atkins for a year and did great. I just can't seem to stick to anything lately! Grrrr...........Very frustrating!
