low carb headache icky!

Im on my third day of induction. The headaches are killing me! Last night i had a really really bad one. And i feel one creeping on slowly now. I cant wait till they are gone! i think this is the roughest part, the beginning. I been drinking lots of fluids. This should help, im hoping.
