HELP-2nd Day

I am on my second day on induction. I am really struggling today. Does anyone remember how long the cravings last for? I want to say only like 4 days. I sure hope so. I really want to give in, but I am not. I am sticking with it. Do the cravings really start after 1 day? I can't remember b/c it has been so long.

Yup. Cravings start from day 1. And can last up to 7 days (I believe I've read that some have had cravings up til then). I think for the most part it only lasts 3-4 days. Hang in there!!!!

Hang in there, Im usually good by the 3rd day.

I was pretty ok by day 5. So four days is about right! Hang in there.
