Happy Birthday Robin.

Robin she is going to live at my MIL's and hopefully get on some assistance soon that helps cover housing which would help her get her own place. But, who knows. She is a total screw-up.

I told her that I refuse to babysit, so I hope she isn't planning on me keeping kids while she goes to attorney, cause I'm not doing it. You guys this is so sad. She has been here now for 6 days and the kids have no clothes. She never went and got them any. I've been telling her every single day to go get their clothes and she won't do it. DH told her today that she has to do this. Well it's dark now and she didn't go and the electricity is shut off at that apt. so I don't know how she can go get them now. It's gonna look pretty bad to tote 2 kids with her to a divorce attorney, both in just diapers. Don't ya think. Especially since it's about 30 degrees here. What really sucks is I'll end up feeling bad for the kids and watching them because they have no damn clothes to wear. Then she'll take advantage of this and stay gone 12 hrs. or so even though that appt. won't take more than an hr. I'm screwed either way.

I just want to grab her and shake the crap out of her.

Good Morning Ladies:

Last night I had a low carb dinner a Reuben Casserole with pumpernickel chunks on top and this morning I down 1/2 pound. Don't figure!! So may be a little bread won't hurt low carb diets,if your careful and not eat too much.This morning I'm venturing out by having H/F cold cereal with peaches and see what happens tomorrow.

I Think I found my balance,have 30-38 carbs per day,even with the reg bread,I'm losing. Was I going to low on the grains?????????Going to the doctor this month for my blood test so I'm going to ask him. He was the one that told me if I want to maintain my weight I should stay on the South Beach,but if I want to loose I have to go on Atkins or low carbing. Low carbing was the answer.
