Hi everyone. Induction Day 1 today..
 

Hello everyone. Today is my first day of induction. I've followed atkins before and did well. I am following atkins because I know that it works and I had a baby 6 weeks ago and my weight is stuck!!!! I go back to work in a week and a half and I'd like to be able to say that I have lost at lest a little weight.

Thanks for the welcome. It took me 2 years to lose weight after our son Aaron so I'm hoping this time it won't take so long. I do have about the same amount of weight to lose once again though. Thanks again. I'm glad I found you all.

ok it's day2 and I'm down 3 pounds. I know it's water weight but the scale is moving so I am very happy about that. yesterday I was a bit hungry from time to time just from craving bread and crap like that but today is going wonderfully. I'm trying to keep my calories at a relatively safe level for myself since I know I'm prone to binging and freaking out over food issues so I was surprised last night when they added up to 1877 calories and 16 1/4 carbs for the day. today my calorie count is lower so far but my carbs are being used faster today so I guess supper is a lot of 0 carb stuff. oh well I"ll figure out the rationing of carb throughout the day pretty quickly I'm sure. oh well going strong plan to stay that way. Thanks everyone!
