February Snackin'

  • What are you snacking on ?
  • Lately, almonds, walnuts, cranberry juice, flavored waters, and sometimes raisins. I'll even have a small salad as a snack every now and then.
  • just a string cheese yesterday.......not a hungry day.

  • first let me say Do NOT eat 85% cocoa chocolate right before bed.
    I only had a serving size, and it was only 6 carbs.......but man, Im wide awake.

    Anyway, almonds today - couple tablespoons for 2 NC for my brand.

    I love south beach meal bars when I'm on the run. My favorite flavor is peanut carmel crunch - highly recommended. Sweet, caramely and holds me over awhile.

    Otherwise, the snack machine at work has pork skins and peanuts. Lately the pork skins are selling out. What's that tell us?

    I'm starting to drift to some flavored waters to get more water in. I hate water. HATE HATE HATE. But Dasani lemon - yum.
