28-Day Challenge

  • Ok, goals for this month, and targets you want to make.

    1. 14lbs gone by March 1st.
    2. Consistent workouts
    3. Continue to control food intake, and sugar.
    4. Have some muscle definition in my arms by the 1st
    5. Keep my appointment with new Trainer on the 28th.

    Anyone else?
  • 1.) I'm going for 20#'s by March 1st
    2.) B-A-L-A-N-C-E: FIND IT in pressure cooker work life!
    3.) Weight Room/Pilates - continue to do good on aerobic

    Waist: 43/42
    Hips: 49/47
    R.Thigh: 26/26
    R.Arm: 14/13
    Bust: 50/49

    -My goal for February is 15lbs by March 1st (222.5)
    -get us to 45 mins of cardio 6 days a week by March 1st.
    -30 minutes of excercise ball perweek
    -get up to 50 wall push ups

  • My goal for February is to lose 15 pounds and to increase my exercise.
    I go next month to order my Matron of Honor dress, so I want to be down a total of at least 30 pounds by then.
  • My Goals for the Month of Feb is:

    1) lose 4 lbs[1 lb] a week & a few inches

    2)exercise more[now that I have my gym]

    3)watch my nut & bread prod snacking[while watching T.V.

    1. Break 160 and stay there
    2. Continue to exercize 3 times a week.
    3. Stay away from the sugar in any form.
    4. Smile a lot every day. (stay positive)
    5. Connect with other people.

  • Well it looks like I almost accomplished my Feb Goal,much better than I did with exercising this month.

    My Goal was to lose 4 lbs by the 28th day and I and I lost 3 instead. I guess I finally found the right carb balance .

    Now for my list of excuses
    Im not going to list them....because thats all it is, excuses.

    I did fairly well with my workouts and my exercise. Nothing else was controlled, no muscle definition, and I cancelled my appointment with the trainer because I wasnt even close to where I wanted to be.

    So....Im starting over today.
