Hi Ladies
We were on the run again,want to the Mall it find some kitchen chairs that need replacement. We 're sitting on my card table chairs right now.Only going to buy 2,as we don't have any company and if we do we always the the other chairs to but around the kitchen table.
Weight is stalling can't get down, don't know whether to add More or less carbs. Leo tells my to stop eating low carb bread prods,but the things I eat for breakfast[pancakes,oatmeal & muffins]are all made of the main ingredient ground almonds.No flour involved.

Lily & Robin for your advice on the thread I posted this morning.I'm going to take your advice and stay away from bread products along with high fat products. I'm going to have lunch at breakfast like Lily suggested.I really appreciate you helping me.

losing your 9.5 lbs. Yikes!!! I have to look at your menus to see,what tricks are working for you.Maybe I should go back to fitday also. I used to use it,but like you said it was too slow for me.
