January Exercise Thread
My promise to myself is to get exercise a minimum of 3x a week for this month.

I'm back to my Pedometer Walking Club goals (5days of 10,000 steps & 5,000 steps2days) with a vengeance. Gonna mix it up with Pilates and Circuit Weights 5X's a week.
January/07 1 - in the car most of the day - so nada/zippo/zilch 2 - 10,000+ steps AND upper body @ the gym!!!! 3 - DITTO PLUS a different set of upper body along with legs/back/gym 4 - legs gym/walking 5 - full body gym-w00t!-waaaay over 10,000 steps 6 - beer/couch potato football 7 - ditto :) 8 - 7,000 steps/weight lifting 9 - over 10,000 steps/weight lifting 10 - waaay over 10,000 steps/weight lifting 11 - ditto 12 - ditto 13 - nothing 14 - nothing 15 - no weights/walking 16 - ditto 17 - ditto + Pilates 18 - ditto 19- ditto + Pilates 20 - nothing 21 - vegetable 22 - weight room/walking 23 - Pilates 24 - 25 - 26 27 - 28 - 29 - 30 - 31- |

January/07 1 - 2 - 1.5 hour of dance rehersal 3 - 4 - 1.5 hour yoga class 5 - 6 - 20 minutes dance practice 7 - 8 - 9 -1 hour dance rehersal 10 - 11 -1.5 hr yoga class 12 - 1 hour dance rehersal 13 - 14 - 2 hours, at least, performing and rehearsing 15 - 16 - 20 minutes of walking 17 - 18 - 1.5 hr yoga class 19 - 20 - 1 hr dance time over a 3 hour period at swing dance 21 - 22 - 23 - dance rehersal 1 hr 24 - 25 - 1.5 hr yoga class 26 27 - 28 - 29 - 30 - 31- |

jokemo and needtolose, you can just edit your post and add in your exercise for the day instead of reposting your whole month. You might find that easier.
