Finally, as of today, I have lost my first 20lbs! It has taken me longer than most but thats OK. Thanks to all who helped me fine tune my menus and thanks for just being on this board! It is also my last day of vacation and I am honestly a little scared because I have spend my vacation reading posts on this board. I feel that has really helped me get through. I won't be able to do that at work. Now I will only have a few minutes each day. I guess I will have to speed read.
