Fitday Link???

    I have tried to click on several people's Fitday link to look at their meal plans, and it goes directly to Fitday's main page for me to sign in, not to the person's Fitday. Has something recently changed, or is there a glitch in the system?

    What's Fitday?
    I keep reading about "Fitday", what is it. Is it on this site and I'm missing it?

    fitday.com is where many people on this site who are calorie counting enter their days foods. The site does lots of useful reports like "average weekly pounds lost", or "average daily calories".

    Hi Bobbi -- If you go to www.Fitday.com, you can set up your own account to input and track your daily foods and calories. It's basically an online food journal.
