This is a thread for people who are losing weight with each smaller portions of food and/or counting calories. You can be done with it, doing it, or thinking of doing it. I thought it would be fun. Im starting tomorrow, so everyone who is calorie counting...please join along...

Your message is difficult to understand. This entire section of the message boards is for people who are calorie counting. Check out some of the other messages and see if they're about things you're interested in.

3beans is right...this whole section of the forum is for calorie counters. Try joining a thread like Calorie Counters Keep it Simple--they've all been tracking calories for quite some time.

Also, don't get discouraged if you don't get a response to a post in less than 24 hours. People need time to find these things...

I can definitely recommend the Calorie Counters Keep it Simple thread!!! Nice to post there on a daily basis and to see how others are doing. :D

The Calorie Counters Keep It Simple Thread, and Doin' It The Old Fashioned Way threads are LONG running "chat" threads for calorie counters here. If you simply want to chat...try one of them. :)

This entire section is for calorie counters already-as well. ;)
