woo hoo..finally 3 lbs down in a week.
Hi everyone..just had to start a new thread with a big plus...yeah!! not sure whether it is from my body adjusting.. i.e. exercise 5 x a week, lowering calories,, was trying to follow weight watchers now sole calorie counting.. cutting out lactose(was having problems with them) or body taking off excess since TOM is done a week ago.. so we'll have to see.. anyways..
up until tom i was taking in about 1900-2000 cal..exercising daily 25 min.. and I am 42 weighing then at 233, tom came for about 4 days and by next weigh in I was up 1/2 pound, now one week later and I am down 3 weighing 230.5.. these past few days I have not felt like eating..too hot or just not hungry so i have only been taking in ... 1750, 1650, 1250, so not real sure about which is taking the big weight off but will play with my calories for a few weeks..
but if i am just not hungry I think I should listen to my body and not eat, do you agree?? I am also eating a bit healthier.. orange for breakfast, w/w sand for lunch and as I said no lactose products(gasssss) I am going to incorporate soy milk and some cereal when I want that.. dinner is meat and veg, 1/2 pot if i waant..loses something without butter or sour cream..boo hoo... hey I am hungry now ..gotta go eat something.. your thoughts would be very welcomed.. thanks good day to all of you!! :D kim
