Im am searching for the calories of panini /pannini sandwiches and can't find it
Does anyone know how bad this is. I'm having one with grilled chicken, spinach,portobello mushroom and a touch of light garlic

Any help is appreciated

Can you break it up and log each part seperately? That's usually what I do...

If you are having one from a specific restaurant-I would try to look up the information online from that restaurant's website. If you are making them yourself, then the best way to figure it up is to calculate all of the individual ingredients and add them together.

We cannot calculate this information for you, because we don't know all of the specifics-if the panini sandwich contains 1/4 cup of chicken or double that amount...if it has a sprig of spinach or 1/2 cup...and so forth.
